Dawa Course Main Page

First, May Allah reward you all for taking the time and making the effort to make these one day Dawa Courses a success.
This is where I hope to start going through some of those "Uncomfortable Questions" that either we were not able to answer or that needed more clarification.
I and everyone else needs your input, so we'll make each uncomfortable question a separate "blog" and you can add your comments (at least until I get a bona fide site set up). They will all be grouped under the listing of "Dawa Course" in Categories section (see column on the right).

If you have actually used any of the techniques in real life dawa situations let us know how it went under this main blog.
What worked and what didn't?
Did people come up with objections and questions and issues that we didn't cover?
Let us know about it! The more we share and resource the more we can all benefit.

I'd like to submit a 'difficult question' to add to the long list..

Recently on the news, we were shown videotapes of talks from our friend Nick Griffin where he was referring to passages of the Qur'an he had lifted and manipulated as he saw fit and he reffered to the women who 'your right hand possess'...I know there is alot of contention around what this translates as, the most popular rendering being males can have sexual intercourse with their female slaves though they are unmarried...Can this be cleared up for me please?
